Benefits: –

Tomato:

The chemical lycopene is abundant in tomatoes. It gives them their vivid red color and aids in shielding them from the sun’s UV rays. In a similar way, it can aid in cell damage prevention. In addition to other minerals, tomatoes include potassium and vitamins B and E. Increased consumption of tomatoes may lower your risk of stroke, which occurs when blood flow to a portion of the brain is interrupted. According to studies, they may reduce inflammation, strengthen your immune system, lower your cholesterol, and prevent blood clots.

Raisin:

Although small, raisins contain a powerhouse of nutrients, including fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Although raisins are inherently sweet and high in calories and sugar, they are healthy when consumed in moderation. Raisins can strengthen bones, increase iron levels, and help digestion.

Sesame seed:

Sesame seeds contain a lot of copper, which stimulates the development of your immune system and aids in the production of red blood cells. One cup of dry sesame seeds contains 163% of the daily recommended amount of copper. Both manganese and calcium are found in abundance in sesame seeds, which support the development of strong, healthy bones. Additionally, calcium is involved in hormone release, blood vessel function, muscular contraction, and nerve signaling.
