Ingredients 

  • Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon (cold pressed)
  • Garlic – 1 teaspoon (crushed)
  • Black pepper – 3-4 (whole)
  • Pumpkin – 2 cups (unpeeled in pieces)
  • Basil leaves – ¼ cup (chopped) 
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • B12 – 1 teaspoon (powder) 

Instructions

It will hardly take 5 mins to gather all the ingredients in one place only. But to avoid any kind of mess, it is essential to gather everything before cooking. Now let’s see move forward with the process:

  • Take a skillet and heat it. Add one teaspoon of cold-pressed coconut oil to it.
  • Now add crushed garlic and roast for some time. 
  • Now add black pepper, unpeeled pumpkins, and chopped basil leaves. Let it roast for 1 minute, and add water.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes. 
  • Boil it until the pumpkin pieces become soft.
  • Now turn off the stove and let it cool completely. 
  • Now take a blender and blend it to smooth puree. You can also add water according to the consistency you want.
  • In the end, add B12 powder to it. 
  • Mix well and serve your soup.
