This smoothie might not give you the powers of a superhero, but it can definitely supply you with the energy required to accomplish your daily tasks.

The sweet and soft bananas combined with the colorful and nutritious lettuce make a deadly combo that is pretty much irresistible. So, without beating around the bush, let’s get straight to the preparation part so that you can try it out yourselves.

Ingredients  

  • Lettuce – 2 cups (washed)  
  • Banana – 1 (chopped)  
  • Flax seeds – 1 tablespoon (soaked)  
  • Water – ¼ cup

  1. First, wash the lettuce well.
  2. Chop down the banana  
  3. Now, take a blending jar  
  4. To that blending jar, add lettuce and banana  
  5. For a nutritional punch, add soaked flax seeds  
  6. Now add water and blend  
  7. Blend until the consistency becomes uniform  
  8. Pour down the smoothie into your favorite bowl  
  9. You can top it up with banana pieces  
  10. Don’t forget to sprinkle some flax seeds
