Ganesh Chaturthi is incomplete without modaks, but how about a healthy twist? This Nut and Date Modak is low-fat and sugar-free!
You’ll need: – 1 tbsp A2 cow desi ghee – ½ cup cashews, almonds, walnuts (chopped) – 1 cup seedless dates (chopped)
Roast cashews, almonds, and walnuts in ghee until golden brown. Your kitchen will smell heavenly!
Add the chopped dates and cook until they melt. This gives the modak a natural sweetness!
Mix everything, grease your mould, and shape the modaks. Easy, right?
Your healthy Nut and Date Modaks are ready to serve to Lord Ganesha and enjoy with your loved ones!
