Start by tilting your head back and pushing your jaw forward, feeling stretched under your chin. Hold 10s and repeat 10 times.

Jaw Release

Sit or stand tall, head tilting to the ceiling, pucker lips like kissing the sky, hold 15s, repeat 10 times.

Chin Lift

Lie on your back, head off the bed's edge. Lift the head towards the chest, feel the neck muscles engage, hold 10s, and relax. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

Neck Curl-Up

Stand with your back against the wall. Extend your neck upward and try to kiss the ceiling. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 15 times.

Kiss the Ceiling

Sit or stand up straight. Suck in your cheeks to make a fish face, then try to smile while holding this position. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 15 times.

Fish Face

Stick your tongue out as far as you can. Hold for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times.

Tongue Stretch

Gently tap your lower jaw with the back of your hand in a rhythmic motion. Do this for 2 minutes, as many times as you can.
