Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 4-5 (boiled and peeled)
- Cold pressed coconut oil – ½ tablespoon
- Garlic- 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Zucchini- 1 cup (julienned )
- Salt- 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Oregano – 1 teaspoon
- Chili flakes – 1 teaspoon
- Basil – 1 tablespoon (chopped)

- Take four to five tomatoes and boil them, remove their skin and blend it into a fine puree.
- Take a pan and add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to it
- Once the oil is hot enough, add the chopped garlic to it
- Stir it till it is golden brown
- Pour the tomato puree into the pan and stir it
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt
- Let it simmer until the tomato gravy turns thick
- Now add chilli flakes and oregano and mix well
- Add 1 cup of julienned zucchini- you can julienne it with a julienne peeler
- Mix everything together
- Top it with 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- Tada! Your healthy zucchini noodles are ready
