Ingredients 

  • Green gram – 1 cup (sprouted) 
  • Amla- 3-4 berries 
  • Turmeric- 1/4 teaspoon 
  • Salt- ¼ teaspoon 
  • Onion- 1 medium (chopped)
  • Tomato- 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Boiled potato – 2 medium sized
  • Ginger- ¼ teaspoon (grated)
  • Green chili- ¼ teaspoon (finely chopped)
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon 
  • Black Salt- ½ teaspoon 
  • Dry mango powder- 1 teaspoon 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves  
  • Grated amla – 1 tablespoon

Prep Time- 10 minutes 

Cooking Time – 10-15 minutes 

Instructions 

Sprouts Salad is a very easy cuisine to prepare, you don’t need any expertise in cooking for making it. The only thing you need here is your ingredients and our instructions. Below are some quick and easy instructions to help you out

  1. Heat a pan 
  2. Add the sprouted green grams to it 
  3. Now add turmeric and salt 
  4. Stir the ingredients well 
  5. Cover the pan with lid 
  6. Let the ingredients steam for 3-4 minutes 
  7. Now add finely chopped onions and tomatoes 
  8. Add boiled potato 
  9. Now for flavor add grated ginger and green chili
  10. Pour some lemon juice for a tangy taste
  11. Sprinkle black salt and dry mango powder over it
  12. At last, add grated gooseberry (Amla)
  13. Mix all the ingredients to evenly distribute the flavors
