Ingredients of Red Capsicum Soup
● Cold pressed coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
● Cayenne pepper – 4-5 pieces
● Bay leaf – 2 pieces
● Sprouted fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon
● Red capsicum – 1 (medium)
● Carrot – 1
● Tomato – 1 ( medium)
● Salt – 1 teaspoon
● Water – ½ cup
● Dried fenugreek leaves – ½ teaspoon
Preparation time:- 25-20 minutes
How to Cook Red Capsicum Soup
As you may have noticed, the ingredients in the recipe are minimal, so the recipe is going to be super easy. Let’s have a look at the instructions.
● Take a pan and put it on the stove.
● Now take coconut cold pressed oil and put 1 tsp in the pan.
● Take 4-5 pieces of cayenne pepper and put them into the oil.
● Now take the 2 pieces of bay leaf and cut them into two parts, and add them to the pan.
● Add 1 teaspoon sprouted fenugreek seed to the pan.
● Now saute all the ingredients well.
● Now take 1 whole red capsicum and cut it into small pieces and add them to the pan.
● Take 1 whole carrot and cut it into small pieces and add them to the pan.
● Now cook them for 3 to 4 minutes and mix them all correctly.
● Now take 1 whole tomato and cut it into small pieces and add them to the pan.
● Now add 1 tsp salt into the mixture and add ½ cup water to it.
● Now cook them all for 7 – 8 minutes.
● Now cool the mixture thoroughly and blend into a puree.
● Now take the soup from the blender into a designer bowl.
● Sprinkle the ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves on the soup to garnish the soup.
● Your red capsicum soup is ready to enjoy.
