Ingredients
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Onion – ½ cup (sliced)
- Curry leaves – 10-12
- Green chilies – 1-2 (sliced)
- Potato – 1 cup (diced)
- Salt -1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper – ½ tablespoon
- Purple cabbage – 2 cups (chopped)
- Coriander (garnishing)
Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes
Instructions
It’s time to prepare the aloo sbji and purple cabbage recipe and for that you just have to follow some basic instructions given below, and Tada! All set to enjoy with your family and friends.
- Take a pan
- Heat it up with oil
- Add mustard seeds and let it splutter
- Take green chilies and cut them into big slices
- Take onions and cut them into slices
- Now, add onions, curry leaves, and green chilies
- Stir-fry everything nicely
- Take potatoes and dice them
- Now add diced potatoes
- Add salt, turmeric powder and cayenne powder
- Stir them together
- Let it steam for 5 minutes at medium flame
- Take a purple cabbage and chop it
- Now add purple cabbage to pan
- Mix everything nicely
- Let it steam for another 5-10 minutes
- Garnish it with coriander
- Voila! it’s ready
