Ingredients
- Pudina (Mint) – 1 cup
- Dhaniya (Coriander leaves) – 2 cups
- Amla (Gooseberry) – 1 ( without seed)
- Moringa powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon (chopped)
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Cayenne powder – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds – 2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
Instructions

- Chop down ginger and amla into very small pieces
- Take a blending jar
- Add pudina, dhaniya, amla, ginger and salt to it
- Now add cayenne powder, cumin seeds, and moringa powder
- You can also add lemon juice for a tangy flavour
- And now comes the blending job
- Blend all the ingredients well until smooth
- Chutney is ready to serve
