Ingredients
- Onions- 1 medium bowl, chopped
- Salt- As per taste
- Green chilies- As per liking
- Fenugreek seeds- 1 tablespoon, sprouted
- Ladyfinger- 1 large bowl chopped
- Cayenne powder- As per taste
- Turmeric- ½ teaspoon
- Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Preparation time– 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time – 15 minutes

- Chop down the ladyfinger and onions to fine pieces
- Heat a pan
- Add the chopped onions
- Sprinkle with some water
- Onions will start releasing water
- Sauté them well in the water released
- Add some green chilies for the spicy flavor
- Add the sprouted fenugreek seeds
- Add the chopped lady finger
- Sprinkle some cayenne pepper and turmeric powder
- Sprinkle a few drops of water to keep it from burning
- Stir occasionally
- Once cooked, squeeze some lemon juice for a tangy flavor.
