Ingredients 

  • Onions- 1 medium bowl, chopped 
  • Salt- As per taste 
  • Green chilies- As per liking 
  • Fenugreek seeds- 1 tablespoon, sprouted
  • Ladyfinger- 1 large bowl chopped 
  • Cayenne powder- As per taste 
  • Turmeric- ½ teaspoon 
  • Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon 

Preparation time– 10-15 minutes 

Cooking Time – 15 minutes

Cuisine– Vegan, oil free, veggie. 

Instructions

  1. Chop down the ladyfinger and onions to fine pieces 
  2. Heat a pan 
  3. Add the chopped onions
  4. Sprinkle with some water
  5. Onions will start releasing water
  6. Sauté them well in the water released
  7. Add some green chilies for the spicy flavor 
  8. Add the sprouted fenugreek seeds 
  9. Add the chopped lady finger 
  10. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper and turmeric powder
  11. Sprinkle a few drops of water to keep it from burning
  12. Stir occasionally
  13. Once cooked, squeeze some lemon juice for a tangy flavor.
