  • White Chickpea – 1 cup (Soaked Overnight)
  • Ginger – ½ teaspoon (Grated)
  • Green Chilli – 1 (Chopped)
  • Garlic – 1 teaspoon(Crushed)
  • Rock Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Green Coriander – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Flaxseed Powder – 2 tablespoon
  • Corn Flour -2 tablespoon

Instruction

Making tasty Falafel is simple with this recipe. However, you should correctly measure the quantity of the ingredients. Also, gather all the ingredients in one place, so you don’t have to rush to the marketplace. 

  • Take a blender and add white chickpeas, ginger, green chili, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, and cumin with chopped green coriander.
  • Pulse the ingredients until everything is chopped and blended. 
  • Once everything is blended, transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  • Add flaxseed powder and corn flour and mix well.
  • Now, grease your palm with oil and make small flat balls of falafel mixture. 
  • Add butter paper to the preheated air fryer. 
  • Add all the falafel balls to the air fryer and set it to 180 degrees Celsius. 
  • Bake it for 10 to 12 minutes until all the Falafel gets crunchy.
  • Serve the Falafel with Hummus and Olives.
