- Coriander powder – ½ tablespoon
- Chlorophyll powder – 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes – ½ cup ( Chopped)
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup ( Chopped)

- Take a pan and put one teaspoon cold pressed coconut oil into it.
- After that, put one teaspoon of cumin into it.
- Add 1 cup of cauliflower into it and cook for some time.
- It’s time to add ½ cup of unpeeled potatoes. Make sure the potatoes are cut into small pieces.
- One teaspoon of green chili to add spice to the bhaji.
- Add some more spices to it. One teaspoon of rock salt, ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder, ½ tablespoon of crushed coriander, and 1 teaspoon of chlorophyll powder. Mix everything well.
- Cover the pan with the lid and cook till the vegetables are mushy.
- If vegetables start sticking to the pan, then sprinkle some water into it.
- When the vegetables are about to thaw then, add ½ cup of finely chopped tomatoes into it. After that, mix everything together and cover the lid again.
- Wait until the tomatoes get cooked and mix them with vegetables.
- Once it is done, add ½ cup of green coriander into it.
