Ingredients 

  • Cold-pressed coconut oil – 1 teaspoon 
  • Cumin- 1 teaspoon 
  • Cauliflower pieces- 1 cup
  •  Potato- ½ cup (Chopped and unpeeled)
  •  Green chilly- 1 teaspoon (Chopped)
  • Rock salt – 1 teaspoon 
  • Cayenne pepper – ½ teaspoon 
  • Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon 
  • Coriander powder – ½ tablespoon 
  • Chlorophyll powder – 1 teaspoon
  •  Tomatoes – ½ cup ( Chopped)
  •  Coriander leaves – ½ cup ( Chopped)

Preparation time- 10-15 minutes

Instructions 

Once you have gathered all the ingredients, it’s time to put some action. Let’s learn how to cook cauliflower unpeeled aloo bhaji. 

  1. Take a pan and put one teaspoon cold pressed coconut oil into it. 
  2. After that, put one teaspoon of cumin into it. 
  3. Add 1 cup of cauliflower into it and cook for some time. 
  4. It’s time to add ½ cup of unpeeled potatoes. Make sure the potatoes are cut into small pieces. 
  5. One teaspoon of green chili to add spice to the bhaji. 
  6. Add some more spices to it. One teaspoon of rock salt, ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder, ½ tablespoon of crushed coriander, and 1 teaspoon of chlorophyll powder. Mix everything well. 
  7. Cover the pan with the lid and cook till the vegetables are mushy. 
  8. If vegetables start sticking to the pan, then sprinkle some water into it.
  9. When the vegetables are about to thaw then, add ½ cup of finely chopped tomatoes into it. After that, mix everything together and cover the lid again.
  10. Wait until the tomatoes get cooked and mix them with vegetables. 
  11. Once it is done, add ½ cup of green coriander into it. 
  12. Mix everything, and your healthy, tasty bhaji is ready.
