Low-Carb Delight: Celery Carrot Soup For Weight Management

Celery Carrot Soup

Veganism is, of course, a part of the “vegetarian” lifestyle. And when you want delicious vegetables, making soup is a fantastic way of enjoying them. Warm yourself up this winter with celery and carrot soup, rich in taste and creaminess. This flavorful vegetarian soup, seasoned with cinnamon powder, is ideal for an easy dinner or as a sit-down appetizer.

Ingredients 

  • Onion – 1 ( chopped)
  • Rock salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 tablespoon
  • Carrot – ½ cup ( chopped)
  • Celery – ½ cup ( chopped )
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Cinnamon powder- For Sprinkling

Instructions 

  • First, take a cooking pan and put it on the lowest flame to heat up.
  • Now, dry roast the chopped onions and add rock salt. 
  • Add water to prevent onions from burning.   
  • Now, add chopped carrots, celery, and water along with Bay leaf. 
  • Cover it and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium-low flame till the carrots become soft. 
  • Switch off the gas once done. Take the bay leaf out and let all of the mixture cool. 
  • Blend the mixture and transfer it into a bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and mix.
  • There it is! Delicious and healthy celery carrot soup is ready.
