Ingredients:
- Oats – ½ cup
- Bananas – 1 large or 2 small Elaichi bananas ( Frozen)
- Flaxseeds – 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Almond milk – 1 cup
Instructions:
There are a thousand reasons for loving a smoothie but the best one is the easy preparation. Smoothies are just a button away, obviously! The button of your grinder. So let’s get started with our preparation.
- First, take a blender
- Then add ½ cup of oats
- Put the cut pieces of banana into the blender
- Add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- Add 1 piece of cinnamon
- Add 1 full cup of almond milk
- Blend everything together till you get a puree-like texture
- Then transfer everything into a bowl or a cup
- It will hardly take 5-7 minutes
- And yay! Smoothie is ready!
