Ingredients:

·        Avocado -1 pulp (mashed)

·        Onion – ½ cup (chopped)

·        Tomatoes – ½ (chopped)

·        Coriander leaves – ½ cup (chopped)

·        Sauerkraut – 1 tablespoon

·        Sprouted fenugreek seeds – 1 tablespoon

·        Lemon – 1 (juice)

Instruction

  1. First, carefully remove the pit from avocado and split it in halves lengthwise
  1. While it is still in its skin, cut the avocado into pieces. Scoop the flesh into a small mixing bowl with a spoon
  1. Mash the avocado with a fork properly
  1. Add chopped onion and chopped tomatoes
  1. Add chopped coriander leaves
  1. Add 1 tablespoon sauerkraut and 1 tablespoon sprouted fenugreek seeds
  1. Add 1 lemon juice and mix until well combined
  1. Your Avocado dip is ready to enjoy
