  • Red chilies – 100 gram (boiled) 
  • Garlic – ¾ cup 
  • Ginger – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Celery – ½ cup
  • Oil – 1 tablespoon 
  • Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon 
  • Jaggery powder – 1 tablespoon 
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg powder – 1 teaspoon 
  • Citric acid – 1 tablespoon 

Cooking time –  8-10 minutes.

Instructions

Making this amazing, chilly, fiery sauce is so easy. All you need is some basic ingredients in the right quantity and it’s done. Let’s see how you can this sauce in a step-by-step method:

  • Take your grinder.
  • Take red chilies- they should be boiled, with garlic, ginger, and celery.
  • Now put everything into the blender and blend it to a fine consistency.
  • Now heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil to that
  • Once your oil is hot enough, pour the blended mixture into the pan
  • Add soya sauce, jaggery powder, salt, nutmeg powder, and citric acid
  • Add 1/4 cup of water and stir everything together.
  • Cover it with a lid and let it simmer for a while.
  • Tada! your homemade schezwan sauce is ready
