Samosas are very popular Indian snacks. Baked samosas are an excellent way of enjoying a typically oily snack without additional fats. Samosa tastes heavenly when served hot and accompanied by chutney. Despite their heavenly taste, the only thing upsetting about Samosas is, they are fried and hence unhealthy but when you prepare Baked Samosa, you get the best of both, taste and nutrition.

Ingredients
- Khapli wheat flour – 1 cup
- Carom seed – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – As per taste
- Water – 1 cup (Kneading)
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Potato – 3 medium (Boiled)
- Green peas – ½ cup
- Ginger – ½ inch (grated)
- Green chili – 1 teaspoon (chopped)
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon (Roasted)
- Cayenne powder – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon (Grounded)
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Green coriander – ½ cup (finely chopped)
- Cold-pressed coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Want piping hot Samosas on your plate? Well, go through these instructions and try them yourself. Your dish is just one step away.
- Take a mixing bowl
- Now add khapli flour, rock salt, carom seeds, and ghee into it
- Mix everything well using water and prepare a smooth dough
- let the dough rest for 15 minutes
For stuffing
- Take a pan and heat some oil
- Now add ginger, green chilies, cumin seed powder, and coriander seed powder.
- Roast all the spices together
- Now add green peas and a little water to cook them
- Now it is the turn for potatoes
- Add cayenne powder, turmeric powder, and salt
- Top with some chopped coriander
- Mix everything well
- Now take a small portion of the dough
- Make a round chapati and cut the chapati in half
- Fold the half chapati in a cone and fill the stuffing
- Close the ends of the cone
- Make several cones as such
- Put them in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
- Your healthy baked Samosa is ready
- Serve and enjoy!
