Ingredients
- Dragon fruit – ½ (chopped)
- Parsley – ½ cup ( in pieces)
- Flax seeds powder – 2 tablespoons
- Jaggery powder – 1 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoons
- Water – ½ cup
Prep time – 10 minutes
Serves – 1 Glass
Instructions
To make the juice you just need to follow a very simple procedure. The steps are mentioned below.
- Take a blending jar
- Add chopped dragon fruit, parsley, flax seeds powder, jaggery powder and lemon juice.
- Now add one cup water or more as per the consistency you like
- Now grind well until smooth
- Your Dragon Fruit smoothie is ready to savour.
