Ingredients
- Spinach – 2 cups (boiled)
- Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Onion – 1 medium (sliced)
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Tomato – 1 medium
- Ginger and garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Potatoes – 2 cups (chopped)
Instructions
To make Spinach and Potato Veggies, we will require a few steps and minimal ingredients, a little time also. Below are the instructions you need to follow.
- Wash the potatoes and spinach thoroughly
- Boil the Spinach in water
- Blend spinach for 2 minutes and make a puree
- Keep the spinach puree aside
- Now we will prepare potatoes
- Roast the potatoes in coconut oil along with cumin, red chili and salt
- Keep the potatoes aside
- Now heat a pan
- Add cumin seeds to it
- Once the seeds splutter, add onions
- You can add a little water if needed
- Now make some tomato paste in a blender
- Don’t forget to add ginger and garlic to the tomato paste
- Add the paste to the onions
- Now add some red chili and coriander powder
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Add the spinach puree and close with the lid
- Cook it for a …….. minutes
- Now add the roasted potatoes
- Mix all the ingredients and close the lid
- Switch off the flame after 2-3 minutes
- Your veggie is ready
